For years now Ps You has been a concerned village leader who has tried and failed in many attempts to help his community climb out of the poverty cycle.
Since attending Metamorphic’s leadership and transformation boot-camp in March 2009 and subsequent follow-up training Ps You has seen unprecedented progress in his village and 2 neighboring ones. By initiating a successful business and implementing well planned and targeted community development programs Ps You has been able to begin solving his communities decades old problems in just a few short months. Already he has mobilized these communities to build 20 toilets, dig 6 fish ponds and has carried out agricultural skills and hygiene and sanitation training for hundreds.
